Ground Power Unit or Electric GPU are power generators for professional use and are often related to naval, railway and aeronautical sectors. These devices are developed with output power of 30, 45, 60 and 90kVA, 400Hz, soundproofed, for electric or automatic startand with European and American inverters.

These devices supply centralized energy through high frequency Solid State technology, ensuring a perfect input sinusoidal current (from 25% to 150% of charge), with power factor correction and with low total harmonic distortion (<1,5%).

Like other GPU models (diesel and hybrid), electric GPUs are built on the the principle of a modular construction. For this reason, are equipped with a special lifting system, reinforced chassis and in compact and modular cabins, with electrostatic gravel paint.
