In order to provide prompt after-sales service, your request must be accompanied by the following information:
– General data (Company, location, VAT number, etc);
– Type of equipment with pictures (if applicable);
– Serial Number of the equipment;
– A brief description of the problem;
– Maintenance contract reference (if applicable).
Either by e-mail or by phone, you will always receive from us information about the maximum waiting time until the resolution of the incident you addressed.
